Foster Club Toolkit

This toolkit brought to us by fosterclub is a great resource for mentors.There are four major worksheets to this toolkit that helps each youth with transitioning. All of their trainings will touch on these areas. Worksheets can be downloaded from the fosterclub website. The "team" they mention is the mentee, caseworker, mentor, CMFCAA and whomever else the mentee wishes to add to the support team.
