Welcome to the Transitions Mentor Program
We're pleased to kick off the first year of our mentoring program!
A special thanks to the Walmart Foundation and our many donors that help make this program possible.
The Transitions program is geared towards foster children who are "aging-out" of the system and are in their senior level of high school. It is a program designed to help each child complete high school and to provide him/her with the opportunity to pursue post-secondary education.
